Objectives

i)               To admit all the children as per government policy without discrimination.
ii)             To ensure that syllabus is covered on time as per the year plan and block plan.
iii)          To promote quality teaching.
iv)           To support professional development of teacher for quality of education.
v)              Conduct SBIP to share ones expatriates.
vi)           Maintain proper teacher-students ratio.
vii)         To maintain the management of instructional  teaching time
viii)       To decentralized the management and administration of the school through the formation of committees.
ix)           Organize competitions in different sports disciplines and include House Grading system.
x)              To instill  dignity of labor among the children
xi)           To promote and preserve cultural heritage and tradition through various activities such as Zungdra, Boedra, Rigsar competition, etc.
xii)         Promote communication skills in both Dzongkha and English
xiii)       To allow students to explore their talents in various fields and help them develop a particular skill for better future.
xiv)        To help students realize the importance of physical education for health and hygiene.
xv)          Inculcate the importance the sense of celebrating an occasion.
xvi)        Encourage and insist on personal hygienic by health committee
xvii)     Inculcate good reading culture in students
xviii)   To equip students with scientific knowledge
xix)        Encourage Career Counseling services in the school
xx)          Provide safety information on the various disasters by the disaster committee.
xxi)        Find out Physically disadvantaged children and get support from Tarayana Foundation.
xxii)     To maintain proper stock register of materials received and issued.
xxiii)   To maintain  proper book of accounts for school development fund (SDF)
xxiv)    To prevent student getting involved in undesirable activities

xxv)      To establish student body to bridge  student-school administration relations
xxvi)    To help academically poor student catch up with the class.
xxvii)  To establish closer relationship between the school and the community, and encourage active participation of the community.
